Abstract

This writing aims to describe the implementation of Problem Based Learning method in learning to write negotiation text so that students can solve the problem of describing the result of learning writing negotiation text by using Problem Based Learning method and describe difficulty difficulties in learning writing negotiation text. This research uses quasi experimental method with pre-experimental design design. The test technique is in the form of writing negotiation text and nontest technique in the form of observation. The result of the research at pretest stage obtained the average value of 62,39 whereas after got treatment by using method of Problem Based Learning (postest) got the average value 80,18 based on that obtained that problem based learning method can be used for learning writing negotiation text in senior high school

Abstract

This study discusses learning to analyze the structure of short stories. Curriculum 2013 there is a basic indicator that must be mastered by high school students is to analyze short story text in class XI semester 1. The problem raised is whether the short story text of Mother Going to the Sea is suitable to be used in learning to analyze the structure of short stories in the 2013 curriculum in high school? The purpose of writing is to find out the short story text suitable for use in learning to analyze short story texts in high school. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data in the study were analyzed by technique in the form of analyzing only the short story textual structure in the story. Sturktur from short story text is Abstraction, Orientation, Complication, Evaluation, Resolution, and Koda. The results obtained abstraction structure, orientation, complication, evaluation, resolution, and koda found on short story Mother Go To Sea. Thus, the story is suitable for learning in analyzing short story text in the 2013 curriculum in high school.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the significant influence of the Investigation Group method of learning to know the ability to examine and write personal letters. The research method used is experimental method with pretest and posttest group design. The hypothesis proposed in this study can be proved true, because the hypothesis is applied using the statistical test turns out the average value of the students' experimental class ability in reviewing and writing personal letters using the Investigation Group method. The Investigative Group method significantly influences the ability to examine the elements and traits of the language as well as personal letter writing, it can be proved by the activeness of the students who use the Investigation Group method and can encourage and be creative in the students themselves.

Abstract

This study is the result of analysis to see the influence of reading and writing about the religious attitude of the students. Subject of the study is a student of IKIP Siliwangi. The data used for the analysis is a questionnaire with guttman scale. Data are analyzed based on instruments that focus on the success and influence of literacy activities of the Quran. The method used is the developmental experimental method with the analysis of quantitative-qualitative approach. From the guttman scale analysis, the point of influence is in the 50% -100% range ie the BTQ program 84.8% and its impact on religious attitudes 89.6%. So that can be said The Influence of Reading Program Al-Quran on Religious Attitude Student IKIP Siliwangi Approaching successfully

Abstract

Researchers are interested in researching the majas in song lyrics, because among the genres of literary works, the lyrics of the songs have the most typical language use such as poetry. The purpose of this study is to find out which majas are used in songs that are sought by sincere. This research uses qualitative descriptive method and the technique used in data collection technique is the sampling technique of puposive (random), and analyzed based on Gorys Keraf theory. the results of the analysis of the song lyrics on the song farewell and shoes Tulus, found rhetorical majas and figurative majors on the collection of song lyrics. Researchers also found the figurative majors contained in the collection of song lyrics can be grouped by vehicle and tenor.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the curiosity of the researchers regarding the effectiveness of using the Mind Mapping method in the learning process of producing procedure texts in class VII. This study aims to determine the production results of the procedure text of class VII students of Cimahi Middle School Kartika XIX-3 using the Mind Mapping method. The method used in this study is the experimental method. The study sample was class VII A SMP Kartika XIX-3 Cimahi with a total of 25 students. The technique of collecting data using the initial test (pre-test) and the final test (post-test). The instrument in this study was to use the initial test sheet (pre-test) and the final test (post-test). Based on the results of the research students' ability to produce text procedures before using the mind mapping method obtained an average value of the initial test (pre-test) amounted to 50.36 and after using the mind mapping method obtained the final test score (post-test) amounted to 77.68. The results of the ability to produce procedural texts increased by 27.32. So, it can be concluded that in applying the mind mapping method to learning producing procedural texts in class VII students can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementatiom of onomatope techniques on writing poetry in class of X MA Tanjungjaya. This research is done by taking the object of 27 students. The influence factor applied is onomatope techniques on poetry writing. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis using pretest and postest. Criteria used as a judgement include themes, diction, majas, images, and mandate.Constraints faced by students, among other, themes that are not in accordance with the contents of poetry, students have not been able to use diction, students have not been able to apply majas and images, and students are still not able to discribe the mandate in writing poetry. Based preliminary and final test results can be seen on average student scores on the initial test, that is 55. While the average student scores on the final test, that is 70. The result of the study can bee concluded that the ability in class af X MA Tanjungjaya in writing poetry exparienced an increasein in the number of imsges and majas contained in the poetry, although there are still some students who have not maximized in the use of majas and images.

Abstract

This study aims To find out the implementation of discovery learning model in learning to read the understanding of fantasy stories in junior high school students. To know the difference of learning result read the understanding of fantasy story between experimental class in junior high school students. To know the difficulties faced by students in learning to read the understanding of fantasy story by using model discovery learning in junior high school students. Research result. Discovery learning model can improve students' ability in reading comprehension learning fantasy story. It is proven that the value of pretest and post-test using discovery learning model. Judging from the pretest results, the value obtained and because the value is not reached KKM. However, after using the discovery learning model can see the value obtained by KKM. Judging from the results on the pre-test beginning and end of the obtained values on average and 58 and 67 and at post-test 76 and 79.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) to analyze the values contained in the text of the descriptions in the indonesian textbook revision of 2017 high school students/ MTs. 2) the implication of the character  value in the description text for the learner. This type of reseacrh a qualitative description. Population text analysis of this description are  examples of  descriptive text contained in the book “bahasa indonesia SMP/MTs”. Text contained in the book of 6 texts. Among others “beautiful parangkritis, my father, my inspiration mother, my rabbit bagel, the fascinating beach charm and the gigantion of colossal dance performances”. Data collections technique is done by reading technique. Are done by identifying data, classifiying data, and describing data. The results of the reseach note that the text of the descriptions contained in the book bahasa indonesia SMP/MTs three are 6 descriptions text containing 12 values of characters such as religious, pround, patient, quiet, exemplary, friendly,soft, persistent, good, spoiled, interesting, preservation and emotional. The   value of the character impacts (1) fosters the positive character that is embedded in them, (2) cultivate a sense of pride in the country, (3) cultivate a sense of empathy, (4) enhance hisreligious nature the creator, (5)  active in studying.  Keywords: description text, Character Value

Abstract

The background this research, seen from the ability of students who are less proficient in pouring ideas or ideas into eriting and the application of classroom learning methods is not aptimal so that student are less active in learning in class. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of autovisual based problem based learning methods.The method of this research is experimental method whit nonequivalent control group design. Samples taken are students of class VIII Mts which amounted to 20 students. Collection techniques used are wiewed from student observation sheets and test. Results from the analysis conducted in class VIII obtained an average of 75.7 and 82.6 on the final test, from the results of these studies proved that the increase.
